"百点満点のホテルでした。 旅行が好きで色々な地に赴いていますが、歴代トップクラスのホテルです。 滞在中、どれだけ快適に過ごせるかを重視していますが、まず、部屋が綺麗。 スタッフはいませんが、部屋の物を壊してしまうトラブルがありすぐに写真付きのメールを送りました。 翌日には返事があり、すぐに対応していただけました。 また、慌てているこちらの心情にも寄り添ってくださるとても温かいメッセージが届き、感激しました。 備品等についてですが、洗濯機や大きな食洗機もあり、家事も手間がかかりません。 塩、胡椒、オリーブオイル、タオル、食器用洗剤、洗濯洗剤（ジェルボール）、トイレットペーパー、ゴミ袋等が全て別室で自由に補充できました。 サービスに頼む煩わしさもなく、自由に過ごせて、とても過ごしやすかったです。 水道の水も冷たくて美味しい👍 立地も駅近で助かりました。 また泊まりたいと思えるホテルでした。 ありがとうございました。"

"The set up of the room was not convenient for my husband and my 8 year old son. There was barely any room to move around because the sleeper bed was used by my son. I had to get up to shower earlier than my family and because there is no separate wall for the shower, I woke up everyone from the noise plus I could not figure how to turn off the mirror light so we had to shut off the master switch which turned off all the lights. So. needless to say, my son could not get up during the night to use...
