"this property is the worst. horrible customer service. we had tickets to a concert next door to the hotel. the concert was cancelled 24 hours prior to the show. we had a saturday check in and i contacted them early friday afternoon, and this staff did not have the decency to refund us our money because it was not cancelled 48 hours prior. this is 2026, give the customer a deserved break. will never stay at this hotel again."

There was a mouse slowly roaming in the lobby and there were some interesting looking patrons to say the least. On the brighter side, the staff was very friendly and accommodating."

Disliked: Mattress was too firm and the bed frame squeaked loudly every time you moved. The shower’s water pressure could have been better.
We were not able to rate breakfast - it opens at 6:30am and we had to leave at 6:30am, so was only able to quickly grab a couple apples and granola bars on the way out the door. However, it looked like the staff had everything set up nicely.

"This property is PERFECT for people going on a cruise. You can see the ship from the hotel. If needed, it’s a 5 minute walk to the port.
The hotel is like new and has a very friendly and helpful staff. We’ve stayed here a few times and will use it in the future.

"Absolutely NOT luxury or upscale. I gave it the benefit of the doubt and just thought other reviewers were being unduly harsh because it’s in Baltimore City or because they were snobs. However, it didn’t take long for me to realize the reviewers were right.
The breakfast was pretty good though. For the price of the breakfast, I would’ve rather been at any other hotel. I regretted my choice very quickly and kept telling my husband, “Never again!”
