The apartment, recently renovated and furnished in a
modern style, consists of 8 rooms and 3 bathrooms as well as a living room, kitchen and a large private terrace. The apartment is located in the central Via Salaria, in front of the splendid Villa Ada, one of the largest and most beautiful villas in Rome.
About 10 minutes from metro B1 – S. Agnese/Annibaliano, in a residential area but complete with all services (buses, supermarkets, banks, post office, local market, multiplex cinema, characteristic clubs and pubs).

Villa Ada, with its 180 hectares of land, is the second largest park in Rome by territorial extension, after Villa Pamphili. Inside there are several buildings of historical interest such as the Royal Villa (once, like the whole villa, owned by the Italian royal family of Savoy), the Temple of Flora, the Villa Polissena, the Royal Stables, the Swiss Chalet, the Tower Gothic. Inside, a small lake is the scene of one of the most important summer events held every year in Rome. A short distance from the Aurelian walls, near Villa Ada, there are places of historical interest such as the catacombs of Trasone and Priscilla and one of the most prestigious and elegant districts of Rome:

Guests have a private space (the room) and have at their disposal a living area (with sofa, chairs and TV), an equipped kitchen equipped with crockery and accessories, 3 complete bathrooms. The rooms are accessible with a key, for check-in and entry-exit from the property there is a digital system with a personal code (valid from the check-in date to the check-out date) which will be provided to you upon arrival . A property manager will be available to guests throughout their stay in the city.
