Check in was smooth with great instructions, apartment was pretty clean with lots of useful amenities between the room and the common area. "Very clean, new-looking apartment, well equipped. Quiet location away from the hustle and bustle of city, though all major attractions are easily accessible by tram, bus or foot. "We stayed in the Couper in their building on Via Della Croce and it was very central, just a minute walk around the corner from the Spanish Steps. The staff were very attentive and our room was spacious. The wallpaper was coming off the walls in places, but this didn't impact our stay. Everything was great including the air con!
