This privately owned Luxury Cottage is offered TURN-KEY and sleeps 6 comfortably. There is a full/queen in Master bedroom and bunk beds in the 2nd bedroom. The living room couch is a sleeper sofa and can accommodate 2. The bathroom is spacious and offers a stand up shower. The living room is spacious and offers all the comforts of home! The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of storage and counterspace. The cozy front porch and rocking chairs are the perfect place for morning coffee or enjoying a good book! The property offers a cozy firepit area, an outdoor kitchen for grilling and an outdoor dining space.

This quaint Cottage is walking distance from the pool, laundry, bathhouse and Pickleball courts. This is the perfect way to enjoy everything that River Ranch has to offer!

The Resort is located adjacent to Westgate's River Ranch Resort and Dude Ranch! As a guest in the RV Resort, you have access to all of the amenities at Westgate.
