"hard to find from train station. once we walked to property, the entrance was poorly marked. hotel food was good, no viable restaurants within walking distance except fast food. prepare for walking in hotel, long hallways and easy to get mixed up. no in room amenities- no coffe, no electric pot, . bathroom big, but door did not latch. quiet property overall. "

"An amazing hotel right on the lake , we had the lake vside room and it didnt disappoint. the hotel was fantastic, we had a free parking spot, close to the ferry depot where lots of ferries stopped. Food at the hotel was very good, other restaurants availaible outside too. the cable car to the top was within walking distance with amazing views and nice walks around the village. the staff at the hotel were brillina, very helpful and lovely. "Frühstück für italienische Verhältnisse super. Ladestation für Fixpreis direkt am Hotel auch Topp! Blick auf den See toll. Sehr gute Preis-Leistung. Allerdings insgesamt intensives 20er Jahre Flair mit allem drum und dran. Gefühl wie in Miss Marple Film. Etwas gruselig fand ich die lebensechten Porzellan Hunde auf jeder Etage."

We reserved a room with beautiful views of the lake, everyday we had breakfast on the balcony it was breathtaking... the bed is very confortable, the staff is incredibly nice and welcomming. We took 15 minute walks almost to everything, nightime walks are wonderful, so many stars so so beautiful!! I will be back ❤️"

Extremely helpful and friendly hotel staff who go the extra mile for anything you may need. Very clean rooms. Breakfast options were very good with lots of different options. Based a short walk from restaurants and ferry and bus terminals for transport to other locations around the Lake Como."

"Es ist ein wunderschönes Hotel in einer sterbenden Umgebung das Shoppingcenter wirkt ungepflegt. Viele Leerstände und teilweise vermüllt. Das Hotel selber ist sehr schön aber vieles ist kaputt. Stühle im Zimmer so kaputt das man sich nicht setzen kann. Teppich ausgefranzt und die Klimaanlage hat auch nicht funktioniert. Das Frühstück war ok. Alles bisschen in die Jahre gekommen aber da der Preis wirklich günstig war und das Hotel trotzdem schön und sauber war würde ich wieder kommen. "

"Great location, right outside the ferry/view. The staff were incredibly sweet and went above and beyond. We were able to check in a little earlier than usual, have breakfast prepared by staff to-go when we had to leave early, get a taxi scheduled for us when the ferries got cancelled, etc etc. hands down would book again!"
