"Honestly, it was the filthiest place I have ever booked in my life. My son had dirt embedded on the knees and feet of his pajamas from playing on the floor. There was dust on the stools. Pasta caked onto the already stained and filthy carpet. I swept up popcorn, Doritos, pennies, and lots of dirt. The closet in the bedroom and it's linens smelled musty. "The house is so cute. The owners did a fantastic job restoring it. Be sure to look at the book with before & after photos! We used the upstairs king bed. It was very comfortable. The house had everything we needed. Our 2 dogs loved splashing in the stream at the back of the property. We didn't use the fire pit, but I'm sure it would be great on a cool night. "Nice property in a beautiful location adjacent to Jiminy Creek mountain resort. Very nice restaurant, bar and convenience store and breakfast/sandwich shop on site. Host was attentive and helpful. There were a number of water-related "gadgets" in the room. We couldn't figure out how any of them worked. But the massage chair worked well and we enjoyed that thoroughly! Overall very nice and i would stay there again."
