"I absolutely loved my stay at The Slaughters Country Inn. The whole place has this slow-paced, charming atmosphere that makes you instantly relax. "The whole venue is simply amazing. Beautiful building, great atmosphere, very cosy with the multiple log fires. Our room (Blenheim suite) was absolutely stunning. There is nothing I would change about this place! Keep up the great work! We will definitely be back, next time we will eat dinner here (we only stayed here to visit Clarkson’s Farm and the Farmer’s Dog but were left underwhelmed with the food in the Farmer’s Dog)."

"Staff were great and attentive. Particularly those serving at breakfast. Room was super cosy and cute. Only issue was that the smell of drainage hit us as soon as we opened our hotel room door - we were room 3. Fantastic stay otherwise and would definitely recommend. "

"Bedroom beautifully presented. Tea, coffee and water in the room. Comfortable bed. Warm and cosy. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The bar was well stocked good choice of drinks and cocktails. Breakfast, full breakfast included, delicious and lots of choice, eggs benedict, eggs royale etc. Would definitely recommend and stay again. There was a loyalty scheme but they didn't explain it so i have probably lost out on a lot of points. But otherwise excellent. "

"We were upgraded to the Cuckoo suite which was lovely overlooking the lit gardens. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The Close breakfast menu was also very good with lots of choice, we had Eggs Benedict and Eggs Florentine which were very nice."
