"We stay for a week in May and it was very comfortable, just like the pictures. The unit is at the end of the hall near the elevator, quiet and on the top floor. The building is very secure, with your own parking spot it he garage and pool/BBQ area were a plus. The unit could use a deep clean, it's showing a bit of wear in the carpet and bathroom. The washer/dryer was great, was the views from the large balcony. I would stay here again as the location cannot be beat! The restaurant on the 1st...

"The apartment was spacious and very comfortable, impeccably clean with fresh crisp bedding and plenty of towels. Lots of thoughtful touches and generous tea and coffee supplies. Super easy arrival and departure and Thommo replied promptly to all communication including putting us in touch with a local travel and tour operator for excursions. Recommend the half day snorkel tour from Palm Cove. Highly recommend this apartment nestled amongst lush tropical gardens and pools. "

"The view up and down the Maroochy River is beautiful. Improvements could be made to the apartment including replacing the furniture especially the couch as the arm is loose, and the tatty cushions; the thin floor rugs which are stained; blinds are needed in the sunny lounge area; there is no door between the bedroom and ensuite; no mattress protector; there was a musty smell throughout and the apartment did not ‘smell’ clean nor was it sparkling. The kitchen is well equipped but tea towels too...

Sin embargo, aunque limpio, el apartamento estaba un poco “dejado”, ventanas impracticables, algún accesorio de baño caído, bombillas fundidas... Carece de aire acondicionado y wifi, pero eso ya lo pone en la descripción de los apartamentos."
