"This home is beautiful and spacious. We loved our stay there - it was very comfortable. The pool is beautiful and warm enough to swim in! There are lots of tv's (we only used one, but there must be 7 of them!) The kitchen is large and well-stocked. Lots of small appliances - microwave, toaster, blender, even a small air fryer. "The house is perfect for a family of six. The only complaint i may have is the neighbor's dogs barking at night. The house is closed to a corner therefore a lot of traffic. "

"Overall, we had a nice stay in this house and appreciated the stunning back patio and access to the beach. There are a few things we would note:1) There is no generator at the house. We were there for a large island-wide power outage. We were able to save our food because we had bought a few sleeves of ice and there's a deep freezer in the kitchen. Luckily, the power came back within 24 hours.2) Laundry is on site for a fee but was out of order for our visit. Ask for extra towels if laundry...

"Beautiful little home just outside the town of Rincón. Just a short few minute drive to the town center, this place was perfect for our family group of nine people stay for 2 days while visiting the area. The air conditioning worked great in all of the bedrooms. There were also towels and beach toys for us to utilize while there. Loved this spot!"
