"This home is beautiful and spacious. We loved our stay there - it was very comfortable. The pool is beautiful and warm enough to swim in! There are lots of tv's (we only used one, but there must be 7 of them!) The kitchen is large and well-stocked. Lots of small appliances - microwave, toaster, blender, even a small air fryer. "Perfect location on the beach, steps away from the sand. We gathered all of our family from across the country to spend a week relaxing and playing in the ocean together. Lots of room, well laid out property right on the beach."

Jennifer the property manager was very diligent and communication was immediate. They also processed the refund quickly. "Beautiful little home just outside the town of Rincón. Just a short few minute drive to the town center, this place was perfect for our family group of nine people stay for 2 days while visiting the area. The air conditioning worked great in all of the bedrooms. There were also towels and beach toys for us to utilize while there. Loved this spot!"

"The place was super clean and in a safe neighborhood. Rincon is a great place for surfers with lots of shops and there's an art walk on Thursday nights which is very fun. would recommend Rincon to anyone looking for a chill time."
