"Second time staying at this property. The resort was upgraded since the first time. The rooms are much nicer and more modern now. Beach is still there."

"I would rate this hotel 3.5 out of 5 stars. The biggest challenge was finding it at first, as it’s located on the 4th floor of a hospital, which was a bit confusing. The property also feels somewhat outdated. That said, I only stayed for one night, and my experience was generally positive. "Room would not cool. Water seeped out of shower into hallway. Called maintenance and they could not fix it."

"The front desk staff at this hotel are very rude and unhelpful. One woman in particular was dismissive and rude constantly. I was appalled by the way they treat their guests. The housekeeping staff came at 2-5pm everyday which was inconvenient because I would be in my room some of those times and they wouldn’t clean the room with us in there even if we said we were leaving in 20 minutes and they could come back. The elevators worked TERRIBLY. You had to wait probably 7-10 minutes every time...

"The staff were helpful and the place was clean. Free parking space and restaurant as well as train station just walking distance from the hotel. Love their continental breakfast. Room was clean, AC works and they seem to have a backup generator in case of power outage which are frequent in PR. My wife and I loved it. We would definitely stain at Nest again."
