House Rules

By confirming your reservation, you agree to follow the guidelines below. These rules help protect the home and ensure a great stay for everyone.

Occupancy & Guests
The apartment has a maximum occupancy limit. Only guests listed on the reservation may be inside the unit at any time.
Unregistered guests will result in a $100 fee per person and may lead to immediate cancellation without refund.

Smoking
Smoking of any kind is not allowed inside the apartment.
A $500 cleaning and penalty fee will apply for any violation.

Parties & Events
Parties or events are not permitted.
Violations will result in fines starting at $500 up to $2,000, and the reservation may be cancelled without refund.

Noise
Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Please keep music and noise at respectful levels at all times.

Pets
Pets are not allowed.
If a pet is found on the property, a $250 fee will be charged.

Check-Out
Check-out time is 11:00 AM.
Late check-out is charged $35 per 30 minutes.
After 1:00 PM, a full night will be charged.
Any costs related to delaying the next guest may be charged to the reservation.

Towels & Linens
Please treat towels and sheets with care.
Damaged or heavily stained items will be charged:
• Towels: $18
• Sheets: $80

Security Devices
Security devices must not be covered, unplugged, or tampered with. Violations will result in a $500 fee.

Inventory
All items are documented before and after each stay.
Missing or damaged items will be charged accordingly.

Cleaning
Your cleaning fee covers standard cleaning only.
If the unit is left excessively dirty, an extra fee for additional deep cleaning of $60 .00 dollars will apply.

Supplies
We provide a starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, and basic essentials.

Host Rights
We reserve the right to end the reservation without refund if house rules are violated.

Security Deposit
The security deposit is separate from the rental total and is used only if rules are broken or damages occur.

Guest Responsibility
Guests are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear, including misuse of appliances or property items.

For guest staying more than 14 days or on a monthly basis, please note that the cost of electricity is not included in the rental fee and will be charged based on consumption. $12 DOP per KW
Upon check-in we will take an initial meter reading and upon your departure, we will take the final reading to calculate the exact electricity consumption during your stay. The cost will then be calculated accordingly and deducted from your security deposit.

for guest staying 2 weeks or longer, there will be an additional cleaning service fee of $ 30 dollars every 2 weeks For guest staying on a monthly basis, there will be a charge every 2 weeks is necessary to maintain the pristine condition of our condo. specially as it is located by the sea and is essential due to the coastal environment This additional cleaning service will also include the refreshing of all linens ensuring that your stay remains comfortable and rejuvenating
