Perfect location. Home was clean other than the rugs that badly need replacing. Had no tv or internet from Monday through Saturday. Really enjoyed the deck space.

The location was perfect, right in the middle of commercial st, close to parking, the beach and all the fun stuff in Ptown. The balcony was wonderful with a view of the cape cod bay and the pilgrim tower. The house had a few things that weren't perfect, a framed photo fell off the wall and there were things left behind from the previous renter. Other than that, we loved this place and would be happy to come back and stay again.

The location was outstanding! Really nice views too. The unit could use a fresh coat of paint and clean carpet. The condo fully met our needs.

The good and the bad

The location was excellent, and the space for a couple and a single was perfect. Issues were with the fact that the unit sadly needs some updating, and some of the furnishings were really worn. Maintenance challenges regarding hot water in the upstairs shower were the issue. We had maintenance come over on our next to the last day, and it worked for a while, but then stopped again. Not many cold shower fans!

Great Space, Great Location

True two bedroom & two bath multi-level space. This is perfect for two couples as one bedroom and bath are located on the lower level while the second bedroom, bathroom & common area are upstairs. There were some issues at the beginning of the trip, but it was taken care of professionally and quickly and made it right. We have already rebooked!

Basic, clean, spacious with great location

This place delivered as advertised. We really enjoyed the space and the deck. We had no trouble being here without a car. There is not much in the unit as far as amenities and extra conveniences. We'd gladly exchange any number of throw pillows for towel hooks in the bathrooms and a small table in the bedroom. For the price, however, it more than delivered!
