"There cancel policy is some dog water. My wife and I rode my motorcycle almost 4 hours there. Booked a room for 2 nights. Second day was calling for thunder storms so we had to leave a day early. (The safe thing to do) and was not able to get a refund for one day. Crock of poo"

"The Price is unbeatable. Our cottage was big enough, 2 bedrooms and a large kitchen and living room. Over all it was dingy. It was first look clean, but things like fridge and the hood and shelf above the stove were GREASY. there were only silver ware for 4 a few dollar store cooking utensils - no measuring cup no 8 ounce or 6 ounce glasses, no way to clean up anything - no sponge, no brillo, no dish drying cloth, no dishwasher etc.
It is pretty far away from the board walk.

"Josie and the staff were great at check in. The room was very nice, clean, modern. It was very quiet in spite of it being biker week. The breakfast was decent and the coffee was good. The only issue was the mattress boxspring was exposed, nothing covering it at all. The bedding in general was not great. Over all the staff made up for it."

"The Bay view rooms are the way to go. There is a lovely view of the sunset. The rooms are very basic. There is a sink, stove top and refrigerator but there were no pots or pans or silverware and the dishes were not microwave safe. You can ask at the desk for supplies like pots and pans and spatulas but there was very limited availability. The main attraction of the motel is that it is dog friendly. You have to pay a daily fee to park in the parking lot. There are three stories and no elevator....
