Great spot for our family. Super nice to have laundry and a kitchen during our 12 night stay. Location was quiet and convenient, and we really enjoyed our time in Hanalei. Sure appreciate having separate beds for our 7 and 10 year old. View of the ocean was amazing and could be enjoyed from every window, and while laying in bed. We enjoyed the sound of crashing waves every night especially when the surf is big. Ocean is only about 150 yards out but it’s also about 100 yards down the bluff with no access. Waves crash on the reef about another 150 yards out. No HVAC in the buildings but we found no need for it during January.

We had a great stay! Wake up to ocean waves and go to sleep to ocean waves! Fantastic communication and customer service! We did have the door/no door debate while watching whales from the deck. We came to the conclusion it would kill the views and impede on cooling the condo since no air. The lack of air conditioning never seemed to be a problem. A decent grocery store is very close. The beach walk is a bit of a challenge but absolutely doable! I loved the washer/dryer!! Could use some new pans as everything stuck to them but that was our only frustration…mostly resorted to grilling…problem solved! Comfy beds and nice bedding. Plenty of towels. Laundry soap was provided but I had brought my own. Advice: 4 beach chairs would have been nice, we had 2. 2 boogie boards as opposed to one. Road side fruit is insane! 18 for a pineapple!!!Get to the bay early!!! Nothing opens early like coffee shops…For sure do the helicopter tourWalk to Breezy’s coffee stand, watch more whales! Stars at night!!! Wow!!In all, fantastic company to deal with!!

Location, location, location

Pros: -sunrise view is DEVINE-listening to the sound of waves crashing while you fall asleep is even more Devine-kitchen is fully equipped to cook meals-lanai is spacious enough for 4 people to eat the the outdoor table-in-unit washer and dryer work great-plenty of space for our party of 3 adults and 2 teenagers-easy 15 minute drive to Hanalei-fans provided for all sleeping areas-did I mention how close the ocean is???Cons:-My son was grossed out when we saw a hair on the bedsheets of the daybed when we checked in. No idea if they weren’t washed, or if it was a stray hair from the cleaners, but it definitely didn’t belong to us. -the BBQ grill listed in the amenities is a charcoal grill, and charcoal is not provided. Seriously??-we chose not to use the pool because it looked very unimpressive-there is only a curtain separating the primary bedroom from the living room (where the daybed is located). This was fine for our family, but mentioning it because it could be a concern for some. Overall, the pros far outweighed the cons, and we’d happily stay here again.

Perfect honeymoon

This condo definitely won’t disappoint, beautiful views from your bed, fall asleep to the sound of waves every night. It is a freshly remodeled condo, everything was clean. They even have beach chairs, goggles, and boards for beach days. Definitely would stay here again

A little slice of heaven

Great stay at Sealodge J8! The views were incredible and we fell asleep to the sound of crashing waves each night. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. Loved the extra touches - beach chairs, boogie boards, lots of extra towels, and flippers. Check in was smooth and easy. The beds were comfortable and the roosters and Nene flocks made for some entertaining breakfasts on the patio. Would 100% stay here again! Added bonus was the proximity to Sealodge beach. A small easy hike to a private, quiet sunbathing spot and small tide pools.

Lovely little condo

This is a lovely place overlooking the pristine Princeville beach. Super clean and well maintained. Kitchen was reasonably well stocked for preparation of simple every day meals. There is a short downhill hike then scramble over some rocks to get to a small very quiet and beautiful sandy beach. Before leaving my kids made me swear that we could come back.

Breathtaking views, clean and quiet

This was a wonderful stay at Sealodge. Easy check- in and responsive host. Perfect location, close to everything needed for an easy no hassle vacation. Watch the stars on the lodge lawn at night and wake up to whale watching from your bedroom window! Hike down to the private beach and take a short car trip to Hanalei for a meal and shave ice. Just perfect.

Nice property!

Nice property in Princeville, exactly as advertised. Stayed for a week with my family of four (2 adults,2 teens) Not huge, but plenty of room for our family. Clean, nice decor, and well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Condo complex is nice, quiet and has incredible views. Note that the pool is currently closed if that is something you were looking for. Overall great property and recommended.

Awesome ocean views and secret beach!

Loved the sights and sounds of the ocean. Enjoyed the short hike to the “secret” beach- felt like a fun bonus adventure. Property had a great set up and high quality linens. Loved it!

We really enjoyed our stay there, the views were amazing and was exactly as it was listed. The area was was amazing as well. Even though there is not any air conditioning we never got hot, we opened all windows and there is nothing like falling asleep to the sounds of the ocean. May 2023.

Great area and water views but not suited for us

Super clean property in Princeville area with beautiful water views from each room. Some communication and check in issues that could easily be remedied with a few simple instructions to help overtired travellers. We didn’t realize there were not doors on either of the bedrooms so the lack of privacy disappointed us. This could be a great stay if that doesn’t bother you. The unit is very clean and in a well manicured area. A hike down to the water provided a unique experience. Close by to shops and beaches.
