"Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre nuitée. L'hôtel est très bien situé au centre, littéralement au dessus de la station de tram. Notre chambre donnait sur le côté de l'hôtel, c'était très calme. La chambre était fonctionnelle et nous avons bien dormi. Tout le personnel est charmant et nous a beaucoup renseigné. "This hotel is right by the lake with stunning views. The rooms are simple, very clean. Breakfast is also simple and adequate. The restaurant is fantastic and all of the staff know all about great customer service. This is the second time have stayed here and will be again next year.."

"The room was spacious and clean. The bed linen was nice and clean. Bathroom was clean and towels were very soft and clean. Location is great. Only drawback is there is no attendant after 8 pm so you must remember the code given to you at the time of check in , in order to go in and out of the hotel at night or you would be stuck outside. I strongly recommend that the hotel should display an emergency 24 hr number on their main door outside if guests get stuck outside for any reason past 8 pm....

"The staff was so very friendly and helpful. Our room was perfect for us with a small refrigerator and wine glasses! We sat in the garden area adjacent to the hotel and enjoyed our breakfasts as well as wine in the evening. The beds were comfortable and we slept very well each night because the hotel is located in a quiet area! The metro system is conveniently located and easy to navigate! Wonderful coffee shop right around the corner. Highly recommend this quaint hotel"

"The hotel was a good choice! The stuff is nice and open. The room was clean. The location was almost perfect and Coop-grocery store with bakeries are in the same area. We could also reach the city center by walk. I would recommend it! Thanks for the nice time!"

"This is amazing hotel within the medieval city of Yvoire. Clean, comfy beds, beautiful room and wonderful staff. We highly recommended this hotel. However, parking is an issue. They offer parking for 10 euros per day, or you can find parking in the public lot for 3 euros per day. Either way, it is a but of a walk to get to the hotel. Anyone with mobility issues may find it difficult, especially with baggage. "

"We loved our stay, Natalie made everything very welcoming. She and the staff still served us an amazing dinner even though it was at closing time. She was always there with a smile. The room was a nice clean room, it had good internet access, great balcony looking out over the lake. If we ever make it back this way we will stay here again. Scott & Mae"
