"Carlos made us feel welcomed and was attentive to any needs we had. Made himself available to questions and was prompt to reply. The room is small but comfortable enough for two people. It is situated perfectly for exploring the city being just a short walk from Pike Place market, the ferry (ride the ferry!) or short monorail ride to the Needle. We didn’t use the adequately stocked kitchen because there were just too many wonderful restaurants to try.Would definitely come back! "

"I stayed at this property for 10 days during my condo remodel. This apartment and the building itself were very clean. The apartment, although small, was well appointed and comfortable. Permit street parking was easy to find nearby. The location can't be beat with multiple buses to downtown available just around the corner, and restaurants, grocery stores and the Seattle Center within easy walking distance. "

"Very clean, great attention to detail. We found the Murphy bed very comfortable, My wife has a hip condition and she hurt less sleeping on this bed than our bed at home! Pillows were great also. We might suggest a couch that is more comfortable. Enjoyed the projection tv! Cozy get away! "

"Cozy, clean, and warm. There was a bit of noise from the fridge or heating system that would cycle though out the night. You may want to check that out as it would wake me from time to time."
