"There were quite a few issues with this property. We arrived in the evening and the host came out to meet us- wanted to take copies of any adult IDs and have us sign liability waivers. "People have reviewed this place harshly. I dont know why. It's everything you need. The sofa bed wasn't great but the queen bed was comfortable and had great pillows. Good climate control. Amazing shower head. Good, drinkable water at the tap. Well set up kitchen. I'd stay again in a heartbeat. And a great location. Biscuit Restaurant is across the street for an amazing breakfast. Super close to everything, including transit and luggage storage."

"The condo was as described. The communication with the owner was excellent. Very clear directions on how to get in and very simple and safe. The location was ideal with close parking and walkable attractions. We felt safe at all times. We walked to the Space Needle and all the restaurants and festivities around it.
