"We experienced a fantastic stay at Residenza Gens Julia. Urszula the host is warm, kind, and very responsive via WhatsApp. The self-serve breakfast offerings have a wide range, have plenty of quantity, and are restocked well. Most of all, the location is unbeatable: One is in the center of Rome where all the major sights and shopping areas are walkable. Also, the pizza place on the righthand side right next to the Residenza is excellent."

They upgraded us to a better room upon arrival, brought our luggage up to the room, the staff brought us personally to the room to show us its features and then came with two glasses of Prosecco and a personal welcome note. The staff were friendly throughout the entire stay, the rooms are very spacious and clean. The location is great. And the overall atmosphere of the hotel is amazing. Will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Rome."
