"This is a very cute spot in the heart of Rome! We arrived early so Maria let us store our bags there for breakfast and check in early at 10:45ish in the morning! The room is spacious enough for this location and I love the big living room where there is a coffee machine, kettle, and a few seating spots. The location is very convenient and we mainly travelled on buses to get to various destinations. It’s perfect for a short stay in Rome! "

"We couldn't be happier about our stay! Ursula sent her son to meet us because our arrival timing was off and he was simply delightful. The entire arrangement was excellent. You have your own room and bathroom and a shared kitchen that's open 24/7. No set time for breakfast. It's literally a 90 second walk to Tiber Island. PLENTY of shopping within walking distance. We will definitely be keeping the info for our next trip to Rome."

"This property exceeded our expectations, the location is fantastic, secure, and close to get to key attractions. The room was spacious, modern, and extremely clean, it was exactly what we needed and more! This was a gem! I could go on, but reslly worth mentioning the host, Edy, she was fantastic, which really was the icing on the cake, really hwlpful and available when needed. Needless to say when we go back this is the place to stay for us! "

"Location, location, location! This is a guesthouse not a hotel. It’s an amazing value if you don’t mind a firm bed. I booked this room because I wanted a bathtub. There is a 2 person hot tub in the room that is separate from the bathroom which has a walk in shower. Since we were celebrating a special occasion we had requested flowers and fruit upon arrival for a fee. I believe that we were given the nicest room, room 206. It has a small private terrace. The room was beautiful and cleaned...
