"The hotel is perfectly situated on the River Arno. The courtyard is lively and the roof terrace has spectacular views. It’s lovely to sit up there watching the sunset with a glass of wine. Our superior room was spacious and faced the courtyard. It was comfortable and very quiet. Breakfast is the most varied continental breakfast I’ve ever seen. We would definystay here again. "

"Very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable room. We had a room facing the street but it was still quiet. Great to have the small kitchen for tea/coffee in the morning. The roof terrace with a view of the Duomo is so nice. Did not use spa. Short walk to all sights and neighborhood near hotel has good restaurants and nightlife. "

"My daughter needed a place to stay for an evening. I was able to book this great place from the United States, on line. She said that the staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and quaint, plus she was fortunate enough to be able to check in early (normally I don’t think so, but I’m not sure).
