"Room was clean and comfortable. There was some miscommunication when we requested to replace the sparkling water with still water and the housekeeping staff forgot to give us new towels after clearing the old ones but both issues were rectified after we called down. "

"I was a solo traveler visiting Edinburgh for the first time- I had originally booked a hotel on Victoria street but switched to the Horton for a more price convienent option. I’m very happy I did- I was only about a 10 minute walk from Victoria street and it was nice to not wake up right in the middle of all the tourists. "The staff was excellent! They helped w our heavy luggage and where very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. It was situated in a very convenient spot to go walking to nearby places. Felt safe the entire time. Only negative thing I can say is that it doesn’t have AC (we where there in early August) but it wasn’t that bad without it. "
