"The host was very pleasant and quite thorough in explaining on the nuances of the property. Other guests were quiet although I was only there the one night while visiting family. The room and other amenities were clean. There are pretty gardens throughout the property as well. Note that there is only the bottom sheet and comforter on the bed and no top sheet, in addition although there are california shutters on the lower part of the window, but the 5 am sun lights the room up in the morning...

"Unfortunately we were unable to keep our reservation due to a sudden hospital stay. That was our loss. However, we never received any sort of communication even though we sent a message through Expedia to the effect we were not coming. Communication is definitely not the strong suit of this host. I'm reasonably sure the message I sent went unread. Earlier I had also sent them a question that never got a response. Pretty unaware if you ask me."

"Tatiana greeted at the front door and showed us to our room and gave use the keys for the night. She coordinated our meeting time and agreed to meet prior to 4 pm check-in time. Nice comfortable room in safe neighborhood with restaurants and supermarket within walking distance. Nice overnight stay with easy access to Vancouver airport."

"Super set up for couples or family. I would have liked to have introduced myself on arrival or left the comment how much we enjoyed ourselves in person but no one answered their door. We are more use to B&B’s and missed at least one contact “hello”. Otherwise good place and host was accomodating regarding our heat."
