"Wir waen mit 2 Familien für 10 Tage in dem Chalet del Llac. Schönes großes Haus im Top Lage mit großem Gsrten und Grilllplatz, wenige Minuten zum Strand, Eroski und einer super französischen Bäckerei. Zudem Bushaltestelle nach Palma und Alcudia vor der Tür. Einen Sternabzug gibt es für die Ausstattung der Küche - hier ist ein dringendes upgrade notwendig - und den muffigen Schränken."

"This is a very spacious and well equipped appartment, and exceeded our expectations on arrival. It is very close to a quieter part of the beach and within easy walking distance of busier areas. The close proximity to a supermarket and an excellent bakery were very convenient. The air conditioning was very welcome (and effective), as were the washing facilities. "Beautiful location in Alcudia! Well maintained house directly on the beach/water in a nice neighborhood. Short drive to the port; would be long, but walkable in warm weather from house to port via beach. We visited in early March. House was large and well furnished. Plenty of bedrooms with different bed arrangements to fit a large group/family. "The home was spacious with easy parking. It was lacking in basic sundries like enough toilet paper for a 5 day stay for 4 people, salt, pepper, tea towels, dish cloths, olive oil. After travelling for 24 hours it was inconvenient to have to go out and get them when you didn’t know the area and were tired and exhausted. Instructions for heaters in English would be appreciated. "Well distributed apartments close to the shore. Clean and simple. I just regret that I did not found salt, oil or pepper or sponge in the kitchen … but the owner wall helpfull. Easy to park the car and great swimming pool with nobody around ( I rented the flat 5 days from 9 to 14 of October). Great pleasure with the beaches around ( San pepe or San Juan )!"

"Personeel is erg kundig en hulpvaardig, het eten was verassend goed voor een drie sterre nhotel. De accommodatie doet soms wat gedateerd aan, er mag zeker in de bedden gei vesteerd worden. Ook zijn de slaapbanken zijn erg hard."
