"When the teenagers say ‘we should come here again next year’, you know you’ve found a good place. Great beach with very few people nearby. Also, One of the best maintained/equipped VRBO properties we’ve stayed at. Kitchen was well equipped with all the essential items. Property was very clean, bathrooms were stocked well too. As one review noted, the deck could be updated, but we didn’t have any issues with nails or screws."

"Even better than the photos! Location is incredible. Views are Outstanding!! The hosts are very responsive and accommodating! The access to the beach is the best I’ve ever had. It’s a dream for a toddler mom or for elderly folks with mobility issues. Will absolutely book this place again!"

"Great family getaway to a beautiful property. Property was as advertised and can’t beat the views. Property manager was very responsive and check-in was seamless. I highly recommend for any type of group gathering. Watching the dolphins every morning was a nice bonus!"

"We had a great stay. We enjoyed being so close to the beach and also enjoyed the fact that the beach was not crowded. We had many dolphin sightings and even had a new turtle nest appear on our last night. Unfortunately, we didn’t see any turtles but we kept hoping. We had a couple of minor issues with the house but they did not impact our stay at all due to the fast and thorough response of the property manager and the property owner. We had a great week but it was over too soon"

"Parking Concerns: Initially, I had concerns about parking since the listing mentioned accommodation for up to 3 cars, but we had more. I reached out a week before the trip, but it took until the arrival date to confirm the maximum of 3 cars and provide an alternative parking site. Check-In Experience: Check-in was at 4 PM, but we arrived at 5:10 PM and found the housekeeper still cleaning. The housekeeper didn't speak English, which made communication difficult. We had to wait for half an hour...

"Our yearly family vacation was enjoyed by all. We loved having kitchenettes on other floors. Pictures online were accurate. Mark, the manager responded quickly when I reached out. We did have to wait to check in, house was still being cleaned. Minimum bath towels were an inconvenience. Bring cooler to store ice if renting. Fridge doesn’t have an ice maker."
