Escape to the Sunshine State and stay at this luxurious multifaceted 4 bedroom / 3 full bath home featuring an open floor with well-appointed living space that you can use to build your perfect getaway, host a large family gathering, retreat, golf outings, or an executive business trip. The possibilities are limitless.

The open concept of the home provides a seamless transition from room to room allowing you to combine both of the living room seating areas, the kitchen, and the dining room into one entertaining space all overlooking the beautiful lagoon in 31” glass doors which take you to the beautiful backyard and lagoon.

The Living Room
Relax, socialize, and watch a movie/game in our living room with a wall-mounted 60” flat-screen smart TV with cable, SONO sound bar, and a large comfortable sectional sofa.

Kitchen
Channel your inner Julia child in this stunning kitchen. Luxury furnished, stainless steel appliances and countertops with ample seating provide countless opportunities for hosting, entertaining, and socializing. The kitchen is fully stocked for your cooking and dining dreams and inspirations. Total seating includes 3 bar stool eating/sipping areas and 2 formal dining rooms with seating for 16.

You'll have plenty of sleeping options for your stay.

Master Bedroom
The second floor features a spacious master bedroom with a king-size adjustable bed ensuite with a newly renovated bathroom, soaking tub and dual vanity sinks, and TV. Experience seclusion while falling asleep listening to the ocean.

Guest Bedrooms

Bedroom #2 has a king bed and smart TV and a fully renovated bathroom.

Bedroom #3 has a queen bed.

Bedroom #4 has a queen bed and a trundle to provide ample sleeping space.

The guest bedrooms share a fully renovated bathroom shower/tub combo.

Plus a King-size sleep sofa (located in the living room)

The laundry has a separate entrance and is located in the garage, with a large-capacity washer and dryer.

This beautiful property is centrally located and within a few minutes of the shopping center, and 12 minutes from Mayo Clinic. In addition, only a 30-minute drive from historic St. Augustine and one hour and 45 minutes from Orlando.

Tremendous Value in Heart of Ponte Vedra Beach

First of all, great location and setting. Great view of 2nd Green on Ocean Course over the lagoon. Beautiful oak tree and large flat parking lot to fit four cars easy. We walked and biked all over the place with the four bikes that sit in the garage. Charming house and decor, really grows on you over time. Easily sleeps 8 but you can stretch it a little with kids. Both Marita and owner were attentive to a minor issue with water pressure on check in, in no time at all. We will be back!

Very Disappointing

This property & decor is tired and not worth the price. Smelled old & has obviously been well used. Tidy enough but did not seem clean & fresh. Poor quality linens, towels, beds & pillows. We had trouble with the range while we were there and the oven smoked so much they had to send in a cleaning crew. Upstairs balcony with no railing was a safety concern. Dead plants everywhere out front. This place needs a good clean, refresh & update. Can NOT recommend.

Great Relaxing Vacation

The house was very nice and in a great location near the beach and the Ponte Vedra Inn and Club. We used the bikes to get to the beach and really enjoyed riding on the beach and in the neighborhood. We had 6 adults staying there and all had plenty of room! The only thing I can think was missing were a few cooking essentials like oil or butter, salt and pepper. We went to the store and got all of that and left it for others to use!

Beautiful home, Great golfing, close to the beach

We enjoyed our stay at this charming home in Ponte Vedra. The interior has a lot of character and is very accommodating. The views of the lagoons and golf course were amazing. The house was clean and we enjoyed riding the bikes through the neighborhood and to the beach. Booking was simple and Marita was very helpful throughout our stay!

A short stay

This rental was a perfect location for us to stay at. Restaurants were very close. It is within walking distance to the beach which we enjoyed very much. The view of the golf course and water was so relaxing. We thoroughly enjoyed the home and it had all the comforts we could have asked for. We hope to stay again in the future.

Don't Think Twice!

What beautiful area! Our family had a very nice getaway in this relaxing beach home. The neighborhood is upscale; the house is spacious, has nice touches and decor, the beds are super comfy! Wonderful courtyard at the entrance of the home makes it very private. Large yard, quiet street, plenty of parking. There is enough space to accommodate 12 people, as a family of 6 we had more than enough room. Gorgeous views of golf course where I spent sunrises with coffee. There are a few ways to access the beach, just minutes away. We walked & biked to the beach, around the neighborhood, walked along the golf course (early before golfers started), saw a beautiful egret. Several premier golf courses to choose from in the area, tennis too.. Good restaurants and shopping close by in Sawgrass Village. We explored 15 min north by car to Atlantic Beach, Beaches Town Center, charming area with shops/ restaurants. Close to the house, we discovered Bird Island Park which had a small playground at the end of the path. We had it all to ourselves. It is behind the local library (nice children's section). We took kids to a larger park too, called Sunshine Park about 10 min away (skate boarding, toddler and big kid section, fields) I found Trader Joes' on the way back - Yay! We took a day trip to St. Augustine. Wow such a unique historical city (go on a weekday). We explored the Spanish Fort & took a short trolley ride around the old city! Our host, Marita, was so very helpful. Thank you, it was just the kind of time we needed. This area is a hidden gem of Florida. We will definitely be back !

Pleasant Stay

"We were in town for business and a had some personnel time to enjoy this beautiful property in an upscale neighborhood. Our experience was so relaxing with the gorgeous views of the lagoon and golf course. We especially enjoyed having a cocktail on the dock each evening while the sun set. The location is fabulous; easy walk to the beach, fantastic Spa & Club around the corner and ample dining options within minutes of the home. The bedding in it's entirety was top notch. We didn't cook much but the kitchen had all the amenities expected. We definitely stay here again
