"Love Jacksonvile to begin with but this house is in a perfect spot and the history and character it has was amazing. We were able to walk to Publix for a few things and it is close to so many restaurants and businesses. The weather was beautiful and the patio was perfect! Had a question and called instead of texting and owner pick up right away! Everything was excellent right down to the nice neighbor who allowed us to love on her little puppy while walking her. Great stay and would stay again!"

"The house was in a great location for our visit. My daughter needed a few days at the Naval base, and this was less than ten minutes away. The house was as pictured and communicating with the owner was easy. He was very responsive when we had questions. The property was comfortable and kept us cool in the summer heat. The only thing I might add to improve the property would be a washing machine, but that isn't a deal breaker. There is a laundromat only a couple blocks away. "
