"The apartment was well appointed, so much so that I ordered a kitchen gadget for my own home that was in the apartment. There were plenty of towels, kitchen supplies (dishes, pots and pans, storage containers). A kitchen kit with dish soap, sponge and laundry detergent was provided. The area has everything that you would need. Very close to grocery stores and restaurants. Also close to freeway access. The bed was super comfortable and the rooms were spacious. "The accommodations were immaculate. My original booking wasn’t available so I was upgraded to a three bedroom 2 bathroom ground floor apartment.Full kitchen with washer and dryer. There was a screened in patio facing the trees. Very private. I enjoyed my stay to the fullest. Would definitely recommend and go back. "

"Everything was clean, kitchen had paper towels (idk why I appreciate this so much when it happens lol), plenty of towels, throw blankets, TVs, easy parking, and host had the AC on for us before we got there so it wasn’t super hot inside. The host was accommodating to my service dog. The neighborhood was cute and there is food within walking distance. Highly recommend "

"More kitchen amenities - no cutting board, can opener didn’t work, lids didn’t fit all the pans, no baking pans except a cookie sheet, no potholders (I purchased one) only two water glasses (I bought six). "The location of this property is great. It's right by the river. We were using the time here as an escape/relax time and we're successful. I want to say the pool was great but I can't give my opinion as the weather wasn't cooperative. However, my daughter, who has no cares about outside temps or wind or cloud cover, thought it was GREAT. There were plenty of towels. The house was immaculate. 10/10, would definitely look for this location again if traveling to the area. "

"Fabulous! First, we were welcomed by a beautiful sign for the whole family. Then a delicious charcuterie board was delivered! The house is beautiful with the most comfortable beds! It rained for 2 days and the kids spent all the time in the pool as it was covered. There were great pool toys there and a big float the kids loved. "Love Jacksonvile to begin with but this house is in a perfect spot and the history and character it has was amazing. We were able to walk to Publix for a few things and it is close to so many restaurants and businesses. The weather was beautiful and the patio was perfect! Had a question and called instead of texting and owner pick up right away! Everything was excellent right down to the nice neighbor who allowed us to love on her little puppy while walking her. Great stay and would stay again!"
