Our personal experience in this property was good. There are a few things that needed to be addressed in this property upon our check in we took pictures and videos of the issues in the house. To which the property manager said he will address them right away. I will list them here so that other guest can verify if they were fixed and addressed. Some shelving in the refrigerator were broken.The outlet in the master bedroom the one on the side of the window is lose so whatever you plug in won't stay.The wall plates in the living room were off the wall. The pool had a lot of dirt in it sand, leaves. Natural debris.The bedroom with the bunk beds the lighting was not working. The shower in the hallway bathroom wss clogged.My communication with the property manager was excellent very responsive didn't wait to receive a response back, which in my opinion is a plus!I feel like the additional fees to use the heater of the pool should be better explained on the description of the rental. So people won't feel the element of surprise when you're thinking you'll be able to use the heated pool. And YES you can enjoy the heated pool but at an extra price. The house was very well cleaned. Is very very spacious. And the location was pretty good. Everything is near you don't have to go far as everything you need is within reach. My family and i felt relaxed amd enjoyed our stay. I suggest you take advantage of your free coupons and plan accordingly for the rest of your guests.
