It is just one stop from the Ahoy theater where the jazz festival took place. "Uns hatte die Unterkunft gar nicht gefallen. Das Hotel hat eher einen Hostelcharakter, Fenster waren nicht schalldicht, wir konnten die ganze Nacht nicht schlafen. Im Zimmer kommen über die Klimaanlage Küchengerüche ins Zimmer, man konnte sie nicht abstellen. Preis/Leistung passt nicht."

"Der digitale Checkin hat nicht wirklich gut funktioniert. Es musste sowohl bei den Gästen vor mir, als auch bei mir assistiert werden. Die gute Mitarbeiterin hätte genauso gut an einer normalen Rezeption stehen können. Mir ist unverständlich warum man an dem Terminal nochmal alle Daten händisch eingeben muss. Das sollte mit der Buchung erledigt sein. Zimmer und Bad waren groß und sauber! Ein Kühlschrank und eine Steckdose am Bett mit USB auf jeder Seite sollten heute Standard sein. War leider...

"Agréable surprise, très bel hôtel décoré avec soin, intimiste. Chambre spacieuse, bien équipé, climatisée et bien insonorisée. Literie confortable et propre. Le personnel très aimable, fait des efforts pour comprendre et communiquer malgré mon mauvais anglais. Le concept de la petite épicerie est très apprécié, permet de prendre un petit déjeuner ou un en-cas rapide et à un prix très raisonnable. J’y retournerai avec grand plaisir."

"Unsere Erfahrung im Leonardo Hotel Papendrecht war leider enttäuschend. Bereits der Empfang wirkte unfreundlich und lustlos. Auf Nachfrage wurde nicht wirklich hilfsbereit reagiert, sondern eher patzig. Das Zimmer war sauber, das Bett bequem und die Dusche. Besonders die Regendusche war sehr gut. Das waren für uns die positiven Punkte. Allerdings wirkte das Mobiliar etwas veraltet, und die Kaffeemaschine war defekt. Es gab zwar eine Minibar, die Getränke waren jedoch nur gegen Bezahlung...
