Villa Can Vista for ten people with pool

The cosy Villa Can Vista is a spacious stone property with a private pool, 5 bedrooms, very well located near Pollensa and its golf course (which is just 1.4 km away). Fully air-conditioned and traditionally furnished, it is the ideal property for guests who want to experience truly Mallorcan holidays while surrounded by all modern comforts.



The entrance hall leads to a bright and airy living/dining room with its large cream-coloured sofas, dining table and chairs. The French doors open onto a large covered terrace, with views of the pool and countryside. Also in the hallway and to the left, is the fully equipped kitchen. Three steps from the living room is a double bedroom.



A corridor from the living/dining room leads to another double bedroom and a bathroom on the right and a double bedroom with an en-suite shower on the left.

At the end of the corridor, there is another double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom (with an independent shower) and doors to the terrace.



The stairs go up from the entrance hall to the landing and the first floor, which consists of a double bedroom, a bathroom (with an independent shower) and a games room with a billiard table.

Both the double bedroom and the games room have access to a large uncovered terrace with views of the swimming pool.



The swimming pool is surrounded by grass on three sides and adjacent is the large covered barbecue terrace, perfect for outdoor entertainment.

Free air conditioning from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

The owner has kindly requested NO SMOKING on this property.



The tourist tax is included in the price.



Information to take into account:



In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of those hours. The new keys must be collected from our office by the guest.



On the day of departure, no rubbish must be left on the property. Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a fee of €150 for waste management will be applied.



Guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of 26 October) and in Greece (Law 4446/2016). Close to the arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft für 10 Leute. Haus ist insgesamt top ausgestattet, alles da was man so braucht. Abends im September leider sehr mückenlastig. Fahrzeug empfohlen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind schnell zu erreichen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Tolle Finca

Sehr schöne Finca in außergewöhnlicher Umgebung. Die Finca ist über einen Feldweg erreichbar und liegt einwenig versteckt. Durch ein großes Tor gelangt man auf das weitläufige Areal. Gepflegter Garten und ein wirklich schönes Haus erwarten einen. Der Blick von der Terasse auf den Pool und im Hintergrund aufs Meer bezaubern einen. Da jeder eine andere Meinung über Einrichtung, Größe etc. hat, werden wir hier nichts zu sagen. Schaut Euch die Bilder an. Uns hat es jedenfalls sehr sehr gut gefallen. Wir würden das Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Lage traumhaft schön

Die Lage und die Aufteilung der Finca sind sehr schön. Alles sehr sauber. Die Küche könnte eine Modernisierung gebrauchen. Wir haben den Aufenthalt bis auf 2 Nächte sehr genossen. An 2 Wochenenden war auf einer benachbarten Finca eine Technoparty. Die Musik war horrormäßig laut und ging bis 6 Uhr morgens.

Good but could have been great

We had a great time in this villa as a family, but to echo many other comments, it's just lacking in a few areas which would really make it more special, and great. The kitchen really needs an upgrade. It's tired, the hob is cracked, our kettle broke (but was swiftly replaced), the fridge is inadequate for a villa of this size, and there's next to nothing in terms of cleaning products, cloths, scourers, or even a little salt and pepper. To not provide some of the basics is just penny pinching. We ended up leaving lots of things behind, which could be left behind for the next set of guests, but I guess they get swept up by the cleaners and taken away for their own use? There is really no excuse for not having salt! The toilets also lacked sufficient toilet paper (1 roll per toilet for the whole week), nor any hand soap. Seriously, these are cheap to provide, and do actually make a difference to the whole experience. There's not much about this place that would make me rush back. It's fine in many ways, but it just feels like spending an extra €10 on a few supplies would go a long way to adding to the experience. Also, don't think you can walk into pollença, that road is too busy, but you already know that.

Prachtige villa, heel compleet ingericht. Met 6 volwassenen en 3 kids (8, 4 en 2) genoten van de luxe inrichting, de poolkamer, het zwembad en de vele, ruime terrassen. Fantastische uitvalbasis om Mallorca te ontdekken.

Wunderschöne Villa mit tollem Ausblick

Super schöne Villa mit geräumigen Zimmern, wunderschöner Terrasse oben und unten und einem grandiosen Ausblick aufs Meer. Relativ sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Zwischendurch kam kein heißes Wasser was nicht so schlimm war (Sicherung fliegt ab und an mal raus). Die Küche ist etwas spärlich eingerichtet (ausser Teller, Tassen, Gläser etc. hat es sehr viele). Man hat jedoch kaum Platz, um seine Lebensmittel zu verstauen. Der Pool ist großzügig und nicht so sehr gechlort. Alles in allem eine schöne Villa und eine super Agentur!

Nice villa but with some tweaks could be a great villa

Location of villa is great if you want to be out of the way. About 5 mins drive or 3 km from Pollenca. Nice views across to Alcúdia. All bedrooms are a good size and the beds were reasonably comfy compared to others I have stayed. We were 2 families of 4 which is about right for the size for the villa. Pool table upstairs which was a bonus and owners quick to replace cues as they were broken. Couple of grips that could be improved. Pool is decent size although the pictures make it look a lot bigger. Outside space is nice but replacing the cushions which were ripped would help. Kitchen needs more storage space for food. We had nightmare with Ants invaiding so were told to keep food away which is hard with limited space. Even a crumb left on the floor meant a invasion of thousands. Owners have some stuff to spray but given they knew this was an issue at this time of year maybe trying to combat beforehand would have helped. Electrics need a bit of attention as when using the cooker the electrics shut off every few minutes which is really annoying. Owners responsive to requests and just needs a few tweaks to bring it up to the standard that the price tag demands.
