Can Seguinot Mercer is an elegant and charming stone villa with a private pool, perfectly located less than 5 minutes by car from the sandy beaches and Puerto Pollensa facilities. With high-quality interiors, beautiful views, excellent privacy and unbeatable tranquillity, Can Seguinot Mercer can comfortably accommodate 4 people in 2 air-conditioned bedrooms. The attention to detail and excellent location make this villa the perfect holiday home for romantic couples or small families.



Inside, Can Seguinot Mercer is distributed over 2 floors. The ground floor has a large living room with an adjacent kitchen and dining room, as well as a double bedroom with a bathroom. The living room is comfortably furnished with sofas, satellite TV, DVD player, music player and wi-fi internet. The kitchen has all the essential elements for a complete holiday with cooking (there is also a washing machine available in a separate laundry room). The stairs lead to the upper floor, where there is a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom.



The air conditioning is available from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00 hours.



Outside, Can Seguinot Mercer offers its guests very well-maintained gardens with lawn, flowers, trees and shrubs: a true oasis of peace! The private swimming pool is located at the front of the villa and attracts long hours of sunshine. It is surrounded by spacious paved terraces perfect for sunbathing on the comfortable loungers provided. The private pool is particularly large for a property of this size, measuring 10 x 4 m (depth 1.30 m — 2.20 m). Guests can also enjoy a built-in wooden barbecue and an outdoor dining area. Private parking within the premises.



The tourist tax is included in the rates.

In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.



On the check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove it; otherwise, a charge of 150 € will be applied for waste management.



The guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of 26 October) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), therefore near your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for the registration of all guests.

Very disappointed

Off the beaten track. Much smaller than photos suggest. Felt like I would never feel clean in it. Only one shelf in the kitchen for storage of food bought. Notices with rules absolutely everywhere. Air conditioning rattled in the bedroom and hummed in the living room. Towels were provided but nothing more than a dishcloth with no pool towels. Stayed one night out of the 7 booked and moved elsewhere. Not what we expected. Won’t be using vrbo again

Fast alles gut. Leider ein paar Dinge die nicht so schön waren. Kein Insektenschutz trotz mega mega vielen Mücken. In der ersten Nacht waren unfassbar viele Mücken im Schlafzimmer ( trotz geschlossener Fenster) , wir wurden total zerstochen und haben keine Auge zugemacht. Die Mücken wurden wohl schon vorher reingelassen) Wir haben uns am nächsten Tag selbst Insektenschutz besorgt und eingebaut. Kaputte Waschmaschine. Wurde zwar versucht zu reparieren leider ohne Erfolg. Sehr häufig unangemeldeten Besuch mitten am Tag oder morgens von Handwerkern oder auch vom Eigentümer. Wirklich nicht nett. Eine kurze Nachricht hätte genügt. Sonnenschirm am Pool total kaputt und wurde trotz Nachfrage nicht ausgetauscht. ( Ausrede : gehört eigentlich gar nicht zum Haus) Ameisen in der Küche. Ja das kennen wir aus anderen Fincas aber trotzdem unangenehm und hier waren sie sehr hungrig . Also Obacht mit den Lebensmitteln. Willkommenspaket extrem übersichtlich. Alles andere war toll und genau wie in der Beschreibung. Etwas außerhalb von Puerto Pollenca. Fußmarsch 30 min . Bitte dran denken! Ländlich gelegen, diverse Hühner & Wachhunde usw sind nicht leise und könnten etwas nerven. Pool und Ausstattung sehr gut. Kommunikation auch gut .

Gut, aber

es fehlte bei der Ankunft das kostenlose Willkommenspaket, somit gab es keine Seife oder Toilettenpapier und die gebuchten Poolhandtücher waren nicht vorrätig. Beides wurde nach zwei Tagen gebracht. Leider wurde direkt am Sonntag in das Haus eingebrochen. Es wurden Kleidungsstücke der Kinder gestohlen. So stand man ohne Hose und Jacke da.

Une super maison pour une semaine en famille

Maison parfaite pour une famille de 4 personnes. Très propre et bien équipée. La piscine est grande. Les propriétaires sont agréables. Maison très bien située à 5 min du Port de Pollenca. Je recommande vivement cette maison.

Nice Holiday Villa

Villa lived up to photos. Good location near town with lovely views and secluded. Only negative was that perhaps the owners could consider a simple welcome pack of at least 1 roll of toilet paper. Turning up at midnight and finding none was disappointing.

Villa insgesamt o.k., aber einige erhebliche Mankos!

positiv.: 1. sehr ruhige abgeschiedene Lage, keine Lärmbelästigung von außerhalb; Auffinden bei Anreise im Dunkeln ohne Koordinaten allerdings kaum möglich! 2. sehr gute umfangreiche Küchenausstattung, inclusive. Mikrowelle, Backofen, Spülmaschine; 3. eigener Pool sehr angenehm; 4. prompte Behebung von Schäden (umgehender Austausch einer defekten Kaffeemaschine); negativ: durchgehende Matratze sehr weich; sehr großes Manko: sämtliche Sitzmöbel (!) inakzeptabel, alle Stühle (Küche, Terrasse) zu niedrig, Sofas zu weich und viel zu niedrig, längeres Sitzen sehr unbequem, nur mit untergelegten Kissen erträglich, Liegen am Pool völlig inakzeptabel inf. Querverstrebung aus Metall in LWS-Höhe, drückt erheblich auf die WS, Unterlagen nicht vorhanden!
