Villa Alicanti 2 is one of the finest examples of Mallorcan hospitality. Beautifully located in the heart of Pollensa old town, completely rebuilt to the highest standard and furnished with taste and style, this townhouse is set to impress. With 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, this villa can sleep up to 7 guests in a sophisticated and charming ambiance, just a few steps away from the many facilities, shops and restaurants that Pollensa can offer.

Inside, the villa is set over 3 levels connected by an internal staircase. The ground floor has an airy lounge (wi-fi internet, satellite TV, comfortable armchairs and sofas, traditional exposed stone details) with fully equipped kitchen (purposely built for Villa Alicanti 2), a WC and access to the outside sitting area with rattan sofas and a private plunge pool.
On the first floor there is a single bedroom with en-suite shower room.
On the second floor there is a welcoming double bedroom with its own shower room
On the third floor there is a further, lovely double bedroom (en-suite shower room) that has direct access to a private terrace with sunbeds.
On the fourth floor the master bedroom suite is located It offers delightful views over the rooftops of Pollensa and has its own shower room and terrace furnished with table and chairs. All the bedrooms are air-conditioned (free of charge at set times, between 8pm – 8 am and 2pm – 4pm).
During the renovation, high emphasis has been given to the arrangement of the internal space and to the style of the furniture, details and bathrooms (with stone sinks and designer features).

Outside, Villa Alicanti 2 offers spacious terraces, sitting areas and even a private plunge pool (measuring 3.4m x 1.2m): a true valuable bonus for a house in such a central location! The pool is equipped with an outdoor shower to cool down during the hottest hours of the day. With these unique features and its exclusive central location, Villa Alicanti 2 is really the perfect holiday home even for the most demanding guests!

A great base in Pollença.

The house lived up to our expectations from the photos and descriptions. It has been beautifully restored and modernised and all the facilities are of a high standard. We were surprised that the toilet paper was in such short supply and the soap dispensers by the basins were empty. Also giving just two dishwasher tablets for the week is mean. It gives an unnecessarily bad impression when you are paying at this level.

nicht zu empfehlen

wir sind nachts in pollenca angekommen, das Haus war nicht einfach zu finden, und es gab überhaupt keine Möglichkeit irgendwo in der Nähe zu parken (obwohl in der Beschreibung angegeben)! Das Haus selbst war absolut schön - das war es aber auch schon… wlan und Fernseher funktionierten nicht, genauso wenig wie eine Heizung, es war sehr kalt! Das verfügbare Geschirr war sehr dreckig (Gläser, Besteck, Teller), der sehr kleine Balkon verwahrlost und der Pool ebenfalls verschmutzt! Alles in Allem wurden wir enttäuscht!

Turned off

We loved the house but have one issue - we assume we were the first booking of the season and whilst the house had been cleaned and prepared a lot of appliances had been switched off which we didn’t realise until the Saturday evening and by then your offices were closed. We found the fuse box and turned on the hob etc but no hot water! Boiler turned off - after searching we found the boiler behind a panel and managed to switch it on, no info in the house as to where it was. Also the shower on the top floor doesn't work. As there were three others we used another one. It seems that the ‘house manager’ did not check all was working. The emergency number was not answered so we had no help, when a text was received several hours later we had already managed to sort it out ourselves. I asked to see a representative when your offices opened on the Monday - did not hear from anyone all week.

Fantastic Town House in Pollenca

Villa Alicanti 2 was even better than we imagined. It's a really spacious property with high quality and tasteful decoration and furniture. All bedrooms and interior areas are well thought out and spacious. All four bedrooms have decent air conditioning systems and are en-suit. The kitchen is better equipped than any other villa we've stayed in, with just about everything you need while on holiday. The location is also perfect, it's literally two minutes walk from the main square, but also very quiet. (Not that Pollenca is particularly noisy anyway) Outside, there are two bedroom balcony areas with seating and sunbeds and at ground level, there's a compact but very nice courtyard with seating for four people and a small pool. (It has to be said that the pool is only really good for a quick cool off, as very small). Overall, this villa is great and definitely big enough for 7 people, as long as there isn't an expectation for sitting in the sun around the pool all day.

Beautiful villa. Very central location.

Lovely spacious villa, decorated beautifully. Very well catered for with kitchen gadgets etc. Sometimes a little noisy due to its roadside location. Pool a bit cold in april as doesn't get much sun on it. Maybe a welcome relief in the height of summer? Beautifully clean and well cared for villa in a very central location. Very quick reply from agents with regards a shower problem and they got it fixed immediately. Very impressed with the service.

Perfect location. Really nice townhouse!

A great townhouse with perfect location 200m from the centre of Pollenca. Newly renovated with high standard. And really nice designed. Ana & Toni responded really fast, and solved the matters, regarding some minor issues. We had a great time (despite quite cold weather). The infloor heating (ground floor) helped!
