A small lawn sits to one side of the pool and with poolside barbecue and shady alfresco dining area positioned perfectly in order to relish the scene as it unfolds, lazy afternoons will conjure up many fond memories to take back home.

The interior reflects a traditional Pollenca home, with open plan living and dining area connected to a well-equipped kitchen, by way of an arch with small breakfast bar, with pantry and door to the outside terrace. A fine stone fireplace (for ornamental purposes only) commandeers the focal point in the living area with comfortable furnishings and windows strategically placed in order to shed natural light into the villa.

The two bedrooms are located along a small passage consisting of a modern shower room, twin bedroom with direct access to the pool and a double bedroom with en suite shower and views overlooking the pool - the perfect way to start your day.
