"Really decent little hotel , highly recommend.. paid £55 for a Friday night and it's in a perfect position. We own 2 apartments in Puerto del Carmen and could not get into ours until Saturday but would deffo stay again as a night out in arrecife is brilliant. Lovely clean kitchen for a cuppa in the morning , plus free storage lockers if you need to leave your bags there for a bit . Yes it's a small room but who cares ."
"The property itself is amazing. Great staff. The entrance to the back of the property to get to the beach is great as well. The properties around the front of the building are trash dumps with graffiti every where. I know the hotel is not affiliated with that but it is a 5 star hotel with landfill in front of it. Again, the hotel itself is amazing so please don’t be deterred by the other properties around it. "

"The location was ideal. The service provided by all the staff was of an extremely high standard. What my husband and I especially appreciated was the high quality fixtures and furnishings....along with the very powerful Aircon.
The only slight negative was the constant loud music around the poolside. Acceptable for a younger clientele but not really acceptable for the older clientele....we're in our late 50's.

"I’ve been here before and it was still as good. Friendly welcome on arrival and a cool drinks fountain just near reception for a cold drink. The standard room is on the small side but comfy. All the staff were professional and helpful. When I arrived a young porter came outside and helped me with bags which I thought was 5 star. The breakfast was ok nothing special but then it was a good price I paid compared to an other hotels on my visit this time the only gripe I have is the pool is too busy...
"Had a great time here. Staff were fab, Hannah and Eva in particular were lovely! Food was very good and tonnes of choice (we were all inclusive). Very nice and secluded beach nearby that takes a little bravery to swim but worth it. The royal level felt much more intimate and way less kids than the main facilities."
