"I was expecting a family hotel as it's marked as a hotel - that's what I had put into the search box. Instead, it was simply an HMO - a terraced house with multiple rooms with one shared bathroom/toilet in very poor condition. It's a great place to leave."

"Beautiful room, comfortable bed, big size compared to most accommodations. Responsive customer service, but miscommunication with the information provided by Expedia and the property. No room cleaning and change of bedding. The common area wasn't very clean either, but they always provided coffee, tea, milk and cereal. Communication could do with improving because I didn't receive email notification 72 hours prior to visit (as stated), I did not know what door number it was (No.113) and nobody answered the phone number when I called, so I was standing outside for 40 minutes.
