"All the accomodation was upstairs with no lift. This was not stated in the ad. Also the road noise was horrendous waking me up at 4 am!! in the morning. I immediately checked out but has to wait until 9.30am in order to meet personally with a member of staff"

The rooms are extremely well maintained and serviced. Was the second time in 2 weeks we’ve stayed there. The property is close to restaurants along the Harbourside. "

"All the staff were very accommodating. We had a lovely big renovated room with twin beds. The outdoor spa in the pool area is warm enough to use going into winter. Lovely fresh breakfast. There are currently renovations/construction noise, but we were out and about most of it anyhow."
