"The room can be improved to ensuite. Presently, shared toilet and shower and if one is badly pressed and the toilet is occupied (and it happened a couple of times), one is in a big trouble.
It was advertised as bed and breakfast, but there was no breakfast provided.
Mim was very courteous and was very polite nevertheless."

"The room was clean and had a coffee/tea bar. The shower was very small. I loved the boutique feeling of the hotel and it felt private and pretty quiet. Also, location was great. Close to multiple tube stations and good walking distance to Notting Hill. There is a narrow stairway up to the lift and some stairs also to get to the rooms so it would not work for someone with mobility issues. "

Irritant was dat er een alarm afging om 6.20. Personeel aan de deur die het vanaf de receptie uit ging zetten, 5 minuten later. Locatie was voor mij de reden dit hotel te boeken. Maar ik zal hier niet terug komen."

Es gab Willkommenscocktails und einen Wasserspender mit auffüllbarer Wasserflasche für den Kühlschrank.
Aber besonders toll fanden wir den duftenden Eingang, der und immer willkommen geheißen hat.
