"The property was located in a good spot, but it appears run down overall and the staff weren’t overly helpful. The elevator didn’t work the first day we were there, so we had to drag our luggage up 4 flights of stairs."

"Hotel was nice. Only issues were we went to our room but room key did not work. Had to go back to lobby and found that we were given the wrong room key. Bathroom door was difficult to close fully, kept getting stuck while rubbing on the floor."

"The staff was friendly and attentive. Our room was clean. They provided a variety of breakfast options. Unfortunately, the exercise room was unavailable; however, they offered the use at Residence Inn, right next door. Overall a pleasant stay."

"We found ourselves in need of an overnight stay when our flight was cancelled at the last minute. What I wanted was a place with an airport shuttle, breakfast, and reasonable priced. We got all that plus great service, friendly staff, and a convenient store right across the parking lot. Breakfast was on the high end of continental breakfast. Eggs, sausage, pancakes, waffles, fruit. Coffee machine with options (I like mine plain, dark and it was great)."

"Would have liked to give a better rating, but there were just too many isssues with our stay. There was no tv remote in our room. When we spoke with the front desk, we were told someone would get back to us, which they did not. There was no hand soap in the dispenser in the bathroom, and no body wash in the shower. There were leftover Chinese takeout containers in the refrigerator, which were starting to leave an odor. The bed was quite uncomfortable, and we were not sure why it was so low to...

"The level of cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service have declined. Common areas such as e!evators and hallways were stained, contained spills uncleaned for days, and have a slight odor. The linens need to be retired; frayed towels and worn sheets seem to reflect the ho-hum attitude of staff and management. Overall a safe and convenient location for a short stay, but far from the gleaming experience represented in the Hilton brand."
