"Firstly, I didn’t make use of the ‘amenities’. I was visiting parents who had moved house so this was literally a place to rest my head. "I stayed there because I had to visit some customers really close. It seems like this place it's more for weddinds or other celebrations than for staying in. The service was not helpful at all. Breakfast it's included but there was a team of people just chatting and nobody came to explain what could I order. I had to go and ask and they were not kind at all. I won't definitely come back."

"The rooms were clean apart from under the sofa in the Trow ,not sure if would class the Horsin as a deluxe Superior room but did as required as required an adjoining room . The step into rhe bath in Trow is quite wide and both myself and my fiancee slipped as the bath mat moved while getting in . Still no warning signs that the water is hot at the sink . Breakfast was good the bowls keeping the cooked food hot could of been hotter and had to put the toast through twice to get it to my likeing ....
