Heated Pool:
Pool heating is available October–May for an additional $100 per night. If you’d like the pool heated, please let us know before or at the time of booking so we can arrange it for the correct number of nights.

Neighborhood & Noise:
This home is located in a residential neighborhood. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM. Outdoor noise is monitored, and we ask guests to keep music and gatherings at respectful levels, especially in the evenings. Repeated noise violations may result in fines or cancellation of the reservation in accordance with local regulations.

Please do not touch the pool equipment as it is set to optimal settings. DO NOT UNPLUG THE HOSE OR TURN IT OFF.
At check-out please be sure to take your trash out and put towells in the washing machine. Also load the dishwasher with all used dishes.
Furniture must be returned to initial placements. Finally Guests must use driveway car port or street for parking not the front yard or gravel.

Beautiful and spacious home. Hosts were very responsive and pleasant. We stayed here while having construction done on our home and it felt like we were on vacation! Needed assistance on the last day and hosts were very understanding.

Excellent, spacious and well stocked

We lived our stay here. It is a beautiful home in a lovely part of Tempe. We visited the zoo, rented paddle boards enjoyed swimming in the pool. The house had everything you could possibly need.

Multi family Stay

Check in was smooth & host was very responsive throughout stay. Property is in a nice area & walking distance to a big park with a long paved trail.Floors were very dirty, we ended up wearing our shoes inside as socks were black within half an hour of arrival. Kitchen has the very basics but could use some additional items (no cheese grater, dish drying rack, or containers/Saran wrap to store leftovers. Large island worked great for group meals

Birthday

We stayed at this beautiful home for my daughter’s 2nd birthday, and it was an incredible experience. The house is spacious, impeccably clean, and perfect for a family gathering. The host’s communication was excellent, always responding in a timely manner. The pool was a highlight and added so much fun to our stay. We were also allowed to have friends and family over to celebrate, which made the occasion even more special. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

Great Weekend Away

The sleeping is a little tight for 14 adults, not everyone gets a proper bed. But overall this property fit our needs perfectly! The host was excellent at responding quickly to any questions I had.

Ok, my review. - Just like Jill C who rented on Jan 1st - we were informed 12 hours before we boarded our flight from PA on Feb. 4th that the pool heater wasn't working which the owner had to know. We were offered no partial refund in a case where that was the major reason we chose this place. The listing also had heated pool and hot tub in his listing. There is no hot tub. A heated pool is not a hot tub and much less one that was about 50 degrees. The house is pet friendly but smelled of wet dog. The white cloth couch has many stains on it and we covered it with towels to sit. The floors looked like they hadn't been mopped or vacuumed in a long time - a lot of dirt and hair. The kitchen is nice and the beds were comfortable. 2 stars for the dishonesty and lack of accountability and cleanliness.

Wedding celebration

Great space, nice to have multiple bathrooms and bedrooms for our group. However, I rented this place specifically for the heated pool. While informed before arriving, it was too late to void the rental and reserve elsewhere. Had to contact rental agent for different entry code.

Family Reunion

The house easily slept 10+ adults. The master is large enough to pull out the trundle and spread out as well as hold a blow up bed. There are a lot of sisters so putting 6 people in the room was something we grew up with. It would make a great room to hold a lot of kids.
