Riverly is located in South Perth and is one of WA's premier suburbs and just a 5 min ferry or bus ride to the City Center.

Overlooking the Swan River and Kings Park you can enjoy million dollar 180 degree views from your balcony to Matilda Bay and the Royal Perth Yacht Club. Being in the perfect position Riverly is ideal for your business trip or self contained family getaway. Located on the top floor(3rd) of this fully secure complex Riverly is a renovated and air-conditioned 2 bedroom 1 bathroom self contained apartment comprising of full kitchen, laundry facilities and secure car park.

The business traveler will benefit from the central location of the apartment to the Convention Centre / CBD, a relaxed 1000 m stroll over the Narrows Bridge will have you there in less than 5-10 minutes. For an additional cost access to wifi and printer is available.

Whilst the holiday maker will enjoy being in the heart of the action. A leisurely 2 minute walk will have you at public transport to Perth centre or 5 minutes to the ferry exiting at Barrack St Jetty to catch the free bus service around Perth's Business District. This ferry also drops you right at the front door of the Bell Tower, the new Perth Eye and is the central hub of all the river cruises including Rottnest Island.

Vehicles aren't needed living centrally to all of Perth's shopping, 600m to Perth's Zoo, golf, The Casino or just sitting on your balcony watching the yachts from the neighboring Matilda Bay. Only 500m away is Mends St Shopping Center with access to after-hours supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, take-a-ways, boutiques, banks, post office, fuel and one of Perth's favorite pubs the Windsor Hotel.

Walking or jogging along the Rivers many running tracks or foreshore parks you can spend the day watching the boats or getting into the action by hiring a surfcat, go waterskiing and tubing or even parasailing right out the front of your accommodation. All of this is within a short walking distance from you apartment.

Centrally located near the North and South freeways entrance and off ramps which transverse Perth you are minutes from the CBD and close to southern Suburbs including Fremantle. Universities, all Perths major hospitals, Casino and airport are within a short drive.

Lovely view to share a wine. Overall our stay was great, good location great walks. The unit bathroom is a bit dated and if you have a bad back or knees don’t sit on the lounges you will never get out, they need replacing. Bed was comfortable. Thank you

Lovely well equipped unit, very comfortable, walking distance to cafes and shops.3rd floor with stairs no lift opposite the freeway so loud traffic noise. Didn't get the address until just before our stay so we were unaware of freeway location.

Our only issues were with the shower, very hot and cold, hard to get correct temperature.Thankfully we had some teabags, English breakfast or at least a regular tea would have been nice. Very convenient for our needs though.

The furniture was too low and very difficult to get out of. No lift! It is a walk up. The cleaning person needs to be retrained. Would i stay here again? No!

Location for us as we like to walk was just right. Shopping. bus, train and ferry within our comfortable range. The accommodation is older but spacious and tidy. Kitchen and bathroom stocked with everything needed to get you through arrival. Washer/dryer a nice inclusion. Needed to install “WhatsApp” on our cellphone to communicate with manager, no problem. Only thing was traffic noise 24/7 from nearby major artery.

Very comfy and welcoming feel to the unit. Actually feels like home. As 3 older people, we didn't care much for climbing the stairs to the unit. That was the only drawback. Very pleasant and only noisy if you left the door open. Once you close the door it was perfect.

easy nice walk to Elizabeth quay through park. David kept us up to speed with everything we needed prior to our trip on whats app . only thing I would say is that there is a big ad /light at front of building which is not apparent on photo of building so took us a moment to identify it (maybe upload a photo with the signage apparent?) but this did not detract from our stay at all and the place was lovely clean and convenient. just what we needed. thanks david

A two bedroom unit in a great location for a city stay. Positives: - fully equipped kitchen - homey comfortable feel - close to supermarket, chemist etcetera - great for morning walks along the river or across to Kings Park - close to ferry and bus - great access to freeway etcetera if you have a car - easy parking Cons - 3rd floor walk up - some traffic noise - shower cubical quite small so may be an issue for larger people Overall- good place to stay - I would stay here again. -
