The bedrooms were not set up as the photos show, with one bedroom having two beds in it, and one having a bunk bed, instead of each room having one bed in them. But it still worked for our group. "We had been looking forward to our weekly stay in Scotland for almost 3 years. Sadly, the villa did not meet our high expectations. First, the villa was in a nice location in Blairgowrie with a large yard, and a quiet neighborhood. The house has great character but it is old and rustic. There are 10 bedrooms inside the main house and 8 cottages in the courtyard. Ten of them are king bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. "Rental too far from center of town. Need a vehicle to get to town, or a very long walk.The frig leaked water on the kitchen floor. The fire/smoke alarms went off a couple of times during stay, but the last evening they went off three times, the last time at 12:45 A. M. Very annoying."
