"Great pre-arrival service with emails sharing possible local sites and places to eat. Then, such a warm welcome on arrival. Great room and we had wonderful views down into Perth.
Perth was within easy walking distance.
The lounge with the wood burning fire in the evening was cozy and a great environment to enjoy a wee dram.

"If you have mobility issues, this may not be the hotel for you. Our room 214 was up 3 flights of narrow stairs.
Housekeeping needs to do a Thorough cleaning more often. I'm not a fan of seeing cobwebs in the corners of the floors.
The bed was comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It is not walkable into town.
Everyone we talked to said it was one of the best hotels in town."

"My full experience of the Lovat Hotel and the wonderful staff made me and my partners stay so much more enjoyable. So much so we have booked a three day stay at the beginning of August.
