"Very disappointed by the standard double room (216). Very dated decor, cobwebs present, spiders eggs, previous guest’s dirty sock in the wardrobe! Shower was dreadful, no water pressure, bathroom from the 1970/80’s. Bed was extremely firm and uncomfortable as were the pillows so hardly slept. Breakfast ..."

"When we booked our family ensuite room it was to be a double bed & sofa bed. When I went to check in the girl on the reception said that the sofa bed was only suitable for a child & gave us a free upgrade to adjoining rooms which was a double & twin room both with ensuites."

"Room was miles away from lift, in a loft space accessed by an unsafe staircase. Room was very dated. View was amazing! Staff were very friendly. Car park very small. Breakfast was really good. The building is dated, needs a good clean and refurb. Thankfully we were only using as a place to sleep ..."
