"Didn’t like anything about our stay. The “hotel” is very rundown and I don’t think the room had room we got was properly cleaned. The toilet was dirty, no toilet paper, the taps were filthy. The carpets were monody and cobwebs all over roof. The radiator was thick with dust. We only got two flat pillows and didn’t feel we could actually go to bed cos we weren’t sure if the sheets had been cleaned. The mattress was comfortable enough. The staff were mainly non existent. Would definitely not stay...

"On arrival at 4:45pm I could not check in as the room was not ready. There is a shortage of employed staff. Reception was often not manned. There were no staff at breakfast other than one employee occasionally bringing in food to the buffet. No one else could be found to help. Most tables at breakfast were in need of clearing for the next to arrive but lay with dirty plates because there was no one to do it. All this for £97 for the night. I was glad to leave in the morning."

"My daughter and I spent two nights here. The room was really clean and well provisioned with tea/ coffee facilities and a mini fridge which was very handy. Bathroom was spotless but the room carpet was rather grubby. We did not eat in the hotel as there are so many great places to eat nearby.
The staff were really friendly and helpful on reception and in the spa. A super hotel near to all attractions and ashort distance to shops. We would definitely come back.."

"We had a lovely welcome from the reception staff who gave great tips for places to eat and drink. The hotel location was perfect for what we needed. No onsite parking available (as it was all full) but a car park round the corner was easy to access.
Bed was super comfy and the room was dark at night which my partner was very grateful for. Shower was a powerful rainfall one which was lovely. There was conditioner available which is just wonderful as without it my hair is like straw! ...
