"The room was very dainted could do with a reverb in the bedrooms stayed on the hottest weekend in June and all we had was a old small fan in the room Bathroom could do with a very deep clean. Pub itself was nice. Stuff behind the bar were very friendly. Landlord was grumpy and chose to see it with both their big air-condition fans facing himself."

"Extremely friendly and courteous staff, in particular the lady who checked us in and the breakfast team. The hotel is being systematically renovated and the public areas are of a high standard. Our room was clean and well maintained and whilst the bathroom was clean and functional it would have benefited from being renovated. That said, there was nothing seriously wrong with it. The price we paid represented excellent value for money. Free and secure parking in a dedicated building adjacent...

"The B&B is definitely the best in my experience. Bedroom as well as bathroom are very clean and tidy. The paper folders in bathroom is antique-wise. Also electrical equipments are convenient and cool. Coffee server and fridge are stylish. Lights are well designed. Breakfast is delicious and plenty. Graham’s homemade jams are excellent. "Really lovely place. Very quiet and peaceful. A bit off the beaten track but still only half an hour away from Bristol. Really comfortable bed, and I had the best nights sleep I’ve had in ages. I wouldn’t say this if it wasn’t true! Only one minor point is that the shower head was a bit too low for me, as I’m around 6’ tall."

"We had a 2 night stay to celebrate my husband's birthday. Faultless service from the staff in all areas and particularly the restaurant. Spa area and all 3 pools are spotless, just enough loungers, more than enough towels and shade - and on a hot day a beautiful place to chill out after exploring Bath. Bar lounge menus and main restaurant menu are good value, food is excellent."
