"Wonderful clean, spacious and beautiful apartment! Staff all very helpful and friendly. Location was perfect for Shinkansen and Toji temple was a must visit. Busy road but not a problem and didn’t stop us sleeping very well. Would recommend!! It’s not in the super touristy center, but it’s a short walk to subway stations and local restaurants. The walls are a bit thin, and don’t expect luxury amenities, but for the price and cleanliness, it’s a solid value in expensive Kyoto....

"Room was clean and the toiletries and towels are supplied well but the room is too crowded for 3 single beds in such a small space. It’s really hard to sleep as well because the bed is hard for my back especially I have a back injury. Location wise, it’s convenient except that the buses are always full and I am on wheelchair. We always take a cab instead for travelling with a wheelchair. "
