"The property was very beautiful and this was a great home base for our week in Edinburgh. It was a bit away from the city center so we did end up taking buses and taxis more than expected. Traffic in front of the house gets quite busy around lunchtime and supper. While housekeeping provided a steady supply of tea packets and granola bars, we did have to venture out for food. I didn’t appreciate the cafe the guest house recommends but thankfully there were a lot of other options within walking...

"The breakfast menu/buffet was excellent and had all the options, full Scottish breakfast (yum!), pastries, cereal, yogurt, etc. Coffee was delicious and plentiful! The room was large and very comfortable. Very quiet too, so slept very well, ready to sightsee the next morning. The staff were super helpful with providing info. "
