"Hello, I was very surprised by the price and the limited amount of certains services and amenities, so this comments is more for recommandations: 1-The breakfast choice is very limited and the quality of the elements is very very poor like the croissants, even the apples were powdery. 2- The wifi signal does not cover the outside patio so its hard to have meetings for smokers. 3- Impossible for guests to warmup their foods. However, overall, the welcoming of the staff was great."

"The parking sign entrance it’s cover for plants(very hard to find) You can’t see the tv , The TV channels change on their own. More than one person uses the application at the same time. (I have the video) I contact the property by text , no body answers. Location is fine. 2 minutes walk to the beach. In general , the complex needs some update."

"I had a terrible experience last night at this hotel, I stayed on the west tower and they gave me room 404 which AC wasn't working properly, the room temperature was 78 degrees making uncomfortable to sleep. I tried to call the lobby several times and no one answered my phone calls, we ended up getting another room in a Residence Inn 2 blocks away from there where we finally got some sleep. Please stay away from this place!"

"We loved staying here! It was so beautiful and the view of the ocean was gorgeous. We were upgraded to a newly renovated 2 bedroom, ocean view suite, only because our original room was not ready. Trust me, we did not complain. The suite was so much more than I could ever imagine! We will definitely be back, especially because my boyfriend of almost 13 years finally proposed to me on the beach, right in front of your palm trees. Everything was so perfect!!"

"The property comes with free parking which was key for me. Parking out here can be very expensive if you are staying for a longer period of time. The property is an older one but for the price you can get a lot of room and it came with cooking utensils. Communication was fine with the owners. The locations a great as it is in a beautifully developed area and near the beach. The beach was only 10 minutes away in fact. I chose this property because I didn't feel the need to over spend at a hotel...

"For where the location is, I feel should be more upgraded. The bathroom were very disgusting. Everything was old not what I expected."

"From the moment we arrived there, everyone on the staff was just so fantastic! They were so welcoming and took care of every need that you possibly could ask!!! I think HR needs a raise!!! Being right on the beach and with all the people that cater to you, it is just truly amazing to be there!!! It’s the best place that we’ve ever stayed❤️❤️"
